Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to iflag.org, iFlag, iFlag, LLC and all inclusive sponsors and vendors, and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to iFlag include iflag.org and it’s sponsors. iFlag website is an Information site. By using the iFlag website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Policy
No direct refunds for any tournament fee or otherwise will be awarded. Any teams paying in full and notifying us of a cancellation prior to the deadline may receive a credit towards their choice of any iFlag tournament in the next calendar year. Teams that cancel after the deadline, may be subject to having only partial credit towards a future iFlag tournament in the next calendar year.
Tournament Structure and Divisions
All divisions registered for in any iFlag tournament are subject to being cancelled or combined by being moved up or down a competition level if said division does not meet the 4 paid in full team minimum at the deadline to compete. If a cash prize division is combined with lower divisions that don’t offer cash prizes, the cash prize will remain the value of what the promised amount was based on total teams who registered for the original PRO or Open division.
Waiver
Every participating player, and their parent or guardian, if the player is under age 18, must read and agree to this waiver form before participation in any iFlag event can occur. The terms you must agree to are as follows:
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.
You certify that you are physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this activity, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. You certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity.
You acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which you may participate, and that it will govern your actions and responsibilities at said activity.
In consideration of your application and permitting you to participate in this activity, you hereby take action for yourself, your executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:
(A) YOU WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for your death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which you may hereafter occur to you including your traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: iFlag, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, additional sponsors, vendors and volunteers;
(B) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.
You acknowledge that iFlag and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf.
You acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person’s physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity. These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers.
You hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity.
The Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
Further, you hereby grant full permission for event organizers to record any or all of your participation in this event for photos, motion pictures, TV, radio, recordings and other media known or unknown, and to use them, no matter by whom taken, in any matter to publicity, promotions advertising trade or commercial purposes, without any reimbursement of any kind due to you, or the need to pay you any fee. This waiver will be available to every player registering and will need to be agreed to before you are able to play.
Paid Bids
Redeeming a Paid Bid: If you earned a full, half or partial paid bid through winning any of the iFlag events or sanctioned events this year you can register for the eligible tournament and pay the $50 deposit. Then contact us to redeem and apply your bid. The $50 deposit is not included in the bid and is required no matter what so we know the team is coming. If you had a half or partial bid, we will apply your credit and you will still have a small outstanding balance that is due by the first deadline date.
Rain Out Policy
In the event of a full event or division cancellation due to rain or other extenuating circumstances, iFlag will issue a full credit to all affected teams. This credit may be applied toward a future iFlag event and must be redeemed within the next calendar year.
We do not issue refunds or credits for pool play cancellations if the playoffs are completed and a championship team is crowned. If a significant portion of an event is impacted but a championship can still be determined, the event will be considered completed.
Please note that iFlag adheres to the lightning and rain policies of each facility we host at. These policies may vary by location and are beyond our control. In some cases, facility-specific decisions regarding weather-related delays or cancellations may override our policies. We encourage all teams to stay informed through official iFlag communications and venue-specific announcements regarding event status and weather-related decisions.
iFlag reserves the right to make final determinations regarding cancellations and credits based on weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances.

The iFlag may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. iFlag may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age, gender and household income. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future and information may be shared with our sponsors and vendors.

This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of iFlag website.
